As the New Orleans Saints were mounting their comeback against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, Chris Olave was missing in action. The Saints' top receiver had been targeted just twice in the first three quarters, catching one of them for 7 yards. New Orleans was pushing the ball into scoring range, and CBS commentator Robert Griffin III began speaking about Olave's lack of opportunity in the game as New Orleans lined up for a second and 10 from the Panthers' 32-yard line. The New Orleans Saints are adding help at running back. With rookie Devin Neal (hamstring) already ruled out for Sunday's game against the New York Jets and veteran Alvin Kamara still not practicing with a knee injury, New Orleans has signed running back Nyheim Hines to the practice squad, sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed. The New Orleans Saints have been relatively healthy this season. But the injury bug might finally be catching up to them. Coach Kellen Moore ruled out running back Devin Neal (ankle) and wide receiver Devaughn Vele (shoulder) ahead of Sunday's game against the New York Jets as five players in total missed practice Wednesday. Jets coach Aaron Glenn told the New York media Wednesday afternoon that undrafted rookie Brady Cook would earn his second straight start.
