In the event season tickets become available to our waiting list, you will be contacted by a Saints ticket representative regarding seating options.

Q: Do the Saints have personal seat licenses (PSLs)?
A: Unlike many professional sports franchises, the New Orleans Saints do not have PSLs.
Q: I currently own season tickets and would like to relocate the seats to a different section. How is this done?
A: Due to high retention rates among season ticket holders, it is highly unlikely. However, each offseason season ticket holders are given an opportunity to relocate their seats to locations un-renewed through the invoicing process. You will be given an online 'reservation time' to log into your Account Manager and browse the availability through our Mercedes-Benz Superdome Virtual Venue powered by IOMEDIA. These reservation times are assigned based on the seniority of your account.
Q: I would like to transfer my tickets to someone else's name. How do I do that?
A: You can transfer your season ticket rights to someone else by submitting a Transfer of Ownership form to the Saints. There is no fee to submit a transfer. The transfer must be approved by the Saints. Season tickets can be transferred to qualifying heirs and transferees upon submitting written proof of the transferee's rights to the Saints Ticket Office. Transfers are processed during the NFL offseason starting in February and ending on the final season ticket payment deadline (typically in late May/early June), at which point any transfer requests would have to be re-submitted the following offseason. To obtain a copy of the transfer form, please contact the ticket office at (504) 731-1700 or click here to print one at home.
Q: I recently changed my address. How do I go about alerting the Saints ticket office of my new address?
A: You can change the address on your season ticket account by clicking here, and updating our records through your Saints Account Manager, or by filling out the Change of Contact Information Form found here and sending it in to the Saints Ticket Office with a valid copy of your photo ID.
Q: I lost my tickets. What do I do now?
A: Your season tickets are extremely valuable and should be guarded accordingly. Lost season tickets can be reprinted at home through your Saints Account Manager, or reprinted at the Saints Box Office with a copy of a valid photo ID of the season ticket holder. In the event of theft, please contact your local police department to report the crime and obtain a copy of the police report prior to contacting the ticket office to have the tickets replaced. To prevent "lost in the mail" problems, we strongly urge you to use an overnight or guaranteed delivery service, and always make note of the game opponent and seat location numbers of the tickets prior to sending.
*Replacement policies for non-season ticket holders are less liberal. Please contact the ticket office for more information.
Q: My tickets were damaged. What do I do now?
A: Damaged tickets will be accepted at the turnstiles provided the ticket is intact and legible. If the ticket has been damaged beyond recognition, a replacement will need to be issued.
