Lost and Found
Lost and Found items may be turned in at any Guest Services Desk on any level or may be brought to the Guest Relations Center, located at Gate F Plaza Level. After the event has concluded, guests can submit a lost claim by scanning the QR code at any Guest Services Desk or the Guest Relations Center. Once a lost and found form is submitted, please allow one (1) business day for a response. Guests will only receive an email if the missing item is found.
Lost Children or Companions
In an effort to decrease the possibility of separation, we encourage fans to enroll in our "If Lost Program" at the Guest Relations Center (Gate F - Plaza Level). Here, wristbands will be provided. The wristbands should have the parent and/or guardian’s full name and phone number listed. Any child who becomes separated will be escorted to the Guest Relations Center at Gate F by a Team Member. Please proceed here to be reunited.
Medical Bag Entrances
Medical bags may enter through any ticketed gate.
Mobile Parking and Ticketing
The Saints have shifted to 100% mobile tickets and parking passes, delivering a safer and more convenient experience for our fans. Your mobile ticket will also provide you with your Personal Game Plan that will show you your designated entry and exit gates based on your seat location.
Prior to arrival, open your Saints app or SeatGeek app and download your tickets and parking passes at home as you'll need to present them on your mobile phone to enter a parking garage or the stadium. Loading your tickets and passes before you leave will save you time and eliminate any risk of potential slow download speeds while you're in the company of 70,000+ fellow Saints fans. Please take some time to review your Personal Game Plan before arriving at the stadium, and enter only at the designated gate shown on your ticket. This will help you familiarize yourself with new entry gates, concourses, and amenities. Please read our “Mobile 101” tutorial for detailed instructions.
Please make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone before entering the security screening checkpoint. Each ticket can be displayed on an individual mobile phone or all tickets in your group may be presented on one mobile phone.
For assistance with your tickets upon arrival at the stadium, please visit the Box Office located outside Gate A ground or one of our auxiliary ticket resolution locations near each ticket scanning location.
