Here are your Five Things to Know about the New Orleans Saints for Thursday, October 9:
1. The New Orleans Saints will practice today in preparation to take on the New England Patriots on Oct. 12. Following practice, Saints offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier, defensive coordinator Brandon Staley, and special teams coordinator Phil Galiano will speak with the media and fans can watch those interviews live at 3:15 p.m. on NewOrleansSaints.com and on the Saints YouTube, X and Facebook channels.
2. After practice, the locker room will be opened to the media. Check back for video of any player interviews from the day.
3. Saints fans can tune into the Gulf Coast Sports and Entertainment Network at 4 p.m. for a video edition of the Saints Podcast where Erin Summers sits down with Saints cornerback Kool-Aid McKinstry fresh off his selection as NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his two interception performance against the New York Giants in Week 5.
4. NewOrleansSaints.com will have video recaps from two recent community events. Stay tuned for the release of a recap from Justin Reid's 'Fully Charged' technology workshop and Cameron Jordan's 'An Evening with Cam Jordan' dinner.
