Sunny and warm for Sunday's New Orleans Saints-Houston Texans game

Teams play at 3 p.m. at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome

The weather forecast for Sunday's 3 p.m. game between the New Orleans Saints and Houston Texans is excellent. The National Weather Service says it should be mostly sunny with a high near 90 in the afternoon and partly cloudy with a low around 77 Sunday night.

There have been no major traffic incidents reported Sunday morning.

Champions Square will open at noon, along with club XLIV and Opening Act. All gates at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome open at 1 p.m., with the exception of Gate A Ground Level, which opens to Suite and ADA Patrons at noon.

The entertainment at Champions Square for this game is local band the Top Cats. Food and beverage will be available throughout the Square, including several fan-favorite food trucks, such as Food Drunk, Dirty Dishes, Diva Dawg and Superdome Street Cart.
