Saints-Steelers Inactives

Porter, Greer inactive

Following the 5:50 officials meeting player inactives have been declared for the evening for tonight's Saints-Steelers matchup.

CB Tracy Porter, RB Pierre Thomas, RB Reggie Bush, CB Jabari Greer, T Charles Brown, TE Tory Humphrey and DE Junior Galette are inactive for New Orleans.

In compensating for the loss of their starting cornerbacks last week, Patrick Robinson, Malcolm Jenkins, Leigh Torrence, Darren Sharper and Usama Young all helped fill the void. While Roman Harper fills in at his strong safety spot, Jenkins, Torrence, Sharper and Young all have the ability to place safety or corner.

At running back Chris Ivory, Ladell Betts and Julius Jones will carry the load in the absence of Bush and Thomas.

For Pittsburgh, Charlie Batch is the third quarter back while RB Jonathan Dwyer, CB Crezdon Butler, T TOny Hills, G Ramon Foster, WR Antonio Brown, DE Aaron Smith and DE Brett Keisel are inactive.

With their defensive line hampered by injuries to Smith and Keisel, Pittsburgh added DT Steve McLendon to their active roster from the practice squad and released LB Thaddeus Gibson yesterday.
