Quarterback Sam Bradford (159 for 262 for 1,687 yards and 14 touchdowns, with four interceptions) has missed 15 starts in his four-year career. The NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2011, he's returning in 2014 from a torn ACL that forced him to miss nine games last year.

The Rams beat the Saints 27-16 last season. St. Louis entered the game with a 5-8 record, and the Saints were 10-3.

Defensive end Robert Quinn had 19 sacks and seven forced fumbles last season, including two sacks and a forced fumble against the Saints. The Rams totaled 53 sacks last season.

Rams Coach Jeff Fisher has an overall record of 156-137-1.

St. Louis was plus-8 in turnover ratio last season, 10th best in the league. Only two teams in the top 10, the Rams and Buccaneers (plus-10), had losing records.
