New Orleans Saints start training camp with three players on PUP

Coach Sean Payton confirmed the moves Wednesday during his press conference

White Sulphur Springs, W. Va. - New Orleans Saints Coach Sean Payton said Wednesday evening that the team will start training camp 2016 presented by Verizon with three players on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.

Starting left tackle Terron Armstead, starting cornerback Keenan Lewis and linebacker/end Hau'oli Kikaha are the PUP while wide receiver Vincent Brown was placed on Injured Reserve.

The players on the PUP list can be activated at any during training camp.

The Saints are training at The Greenbrier until Aug. 17 and will host their first open practice in Metairie on Aug. 21. The team is holding joint practices this season with the New England Patriots and the Houston Texans.
