The Saints will host the Minnesota Vikings (1-1) for the team's home opener at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:00 pm CT.

  • New Orleans converted on 7 of 13 third down attempts (54%) while gaining 397 net yards, including 174 on the ground, and 26 first downs.
  • QB Drew Brees (51,651) passed QB John Elway (51,475) for fourth on the NFL's all-time passing yardage list on a 2nd quarter completion to TE Jimmy Graham. Brees completed 27 of 40 pass attempts for 237 yards, two touchdowns, one interception and an 89.3 quarterback rating.
  • Graham and Brees moved into a tie with New England Patriots QB Tom Brady and TE Rob Gronkowski for the fourth-most touchdown connections between a quarterback and tight end in NFL history (43).
  • Graham tied a career-high with 10 receptions for 118 yards and two touchdowns. It was the 10th multiple touchdown game of Graham's career and his 13th game with over 100 yards.
  • Graham (311) moved past WR Danny Abromowicz (309) for the fifth-most receptions in franchise history.
  • RB Mark Ingram rushed 11 times for 83 yards (7.5 avg.) with one touchdown and also hauled in three passes for 21 yards.
  • ILB David Hawthorne registered nine tackles (four solo) to lead the defense.
  • OLB Junior Galette posted four stops (three solo) and a fourth-quarter sack of Browns QB Brian Hoyer.
  • K Shayne Graham made a 27-yard field goal in the second quarter, the 250th field goal in his career.
