New Orleans Saints-Arizona Cardinals second-quarter update: Saints 14, Cardinals 7

Second-quarter update:The New Orleans Saints and Arizona Cardinals traded punts for much of the quarter before the Saints scored on a 16-yard pass from Drew Brees to tight end Jimmy Graham, who outjumped the Arizona defender for the ball.

The drive was sparked by a 28-yard punt return by Darren Sproles. The Saints struggled running the ball in th first half, finishing with -6 yards but the defense had three first-half sacks, one by Junior Galette and two by Cameron Jordan.

Key stats: Saints, Drew Brees, 16 of 25 for 182 yards and 2 TDs; Jimmy Graham, four catches for 62 yards and a TD; Cardinals, Carson Palmer, 12 of 24 for 114 yards; Larry Fitzgerald, three catches for 29 yards.
