Maurice Spencer To Appear at Saints Hall of Fame Thursday

Former Saint available for autographs & photos

Former New Orleans Saints cornerback Maurice Spencer will appear at the Saints Hall of Fame Museum, located at Gate B on the Plaza Level of the Louisiana Superdome, prior to the New Orleans Saints season opener with the Minnesota Vikings.  

Spencer, who played with the Saints from 1975-1978, will be available for autographs and pictures from 5:30 p.m.-6:45 p.m.   Spencer had five interceptions as a member of the Saints. He now works for NBC television, which will be televising the game nationally Thursday night.     

The Saints Hall of Fame Museum is open three hours prior to game time and for 45 minutes following each home game free to all ticket holders.  

The museum is available by appointment Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at a cost of $7 for adults and $5 for children under 12.
