Marshon Lattimore selected as Rookie of the Week for second consecutive week

The rookie cornerback won the award for the fourth time

New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore has been seleced as the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for Week 16. This is the second consecutive week and the fourth time that Lattimore has been selected for the award. It is also the ninth time a Saints player has won the award this season. 

Lattimore was selected as Rookie of the Week in:

Week 6: Saints vs. Detriot Lions

Week 8: Saints vs. Chicago Bears

Week 15: Saints vs. New York Jets

During the Week 16 game against the Atlanta Falcons, Lattimore recorded his fifth interception of the season, finishing with six total tackles (five solo) and a career-high four passes defensed. 

After the regular season, five players will be nominated for Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Year honors. Fans can vote for the winner on NFL.com/rookies throughout the month of January.
