Keith Hayden of Sebring, Fla., is the winner of the New Orleans Saints schedule challenge presented by Ticketmaster.
The schedule challenge required fans to select the game dates and opponents for the 17 weeks of the season (including the bye week). Hayden's entry was one of 11 that tied for the most points in the contest but he won because his entry was submitted the earliest. There were 5,270 entrants.
Hayden has been a Saints fan since 1992. He also competes in fantasy football leagues but says he has never won anything like this compeitiion.
"I printed out the Saints regular season schedules for the previous three years. Then by comparing those weeks against each other, I picked what I thought would be the most probable outcome," Hayden said, "But in the end, after comparing my picks with the actual 2015 schedule, it was just lucky guesses."
A Saints prize bag was sent to Hayden and he will receive VIP access for four people to one Saints training camp practice in Metairie, two tickets to a Saints home game, as well as two field passes for the selected home game. He is mostly looking forward to the Saints home game Nov. 1 against the New York Giants.
