Saints head into Day 8 of OTAs

Here are your Five Things to Know about the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday, June 4:

  1. The Saints head into their eighth day of organized team activities with the OTAs concluding on Thursday, June 6. During OTAs there is no live contact, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.
  2. There will be a press conference about Super Bowl LIX at the Saenger Theater. Governor Jeff Landry, Mayor LaToya Cantell and more are expected to give remarks. will have an article and a video recap from the event.
  3. Derek Carr hosted a barbershop hangout with kids from Son of a Saint, New Orleans Family Justice Center and Roots of Music on Monday, June 3. will be showcasing photos and videos from the event.
  4. Wednesday, June 5 will be the last OTA practice open to the the media. will have interviews, highlights, photos, and articles from that day's practices as OTAs begin to draw to a close.
  5. After OTA's conclude on Thursday, June 6, the next time the Saints hit the practice field is for mandatory minicamp which takes place June 11 through June 13.
