Former New Orleans Saints safety and special teams star Chris Reis will appear at the Saints Hall of Fame Museum this Sunday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., prior to the New Orleans Saints home game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Reis played for the New Orleans Saints from 2007-2010, seeing action in 46 games. Reis had an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in his tenure with the Saints.

Reis will always be remembered for his role in the Saints' winning Super Bowl XLIV 31-17 over Indianapolis in Miami Gardens, Florida. He recovered the onside kick, titled "Ambush," to start the second half of the game after New Orleans trailed 10-6 at halftime.

Reis will be available for autographs and pictures. All game ticket holders will be admitted to the museum free of charge on game day.

Located at Gate B on the Plaza level of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the Saints Hall of Fame is open for three hours prior to each home game and for 45 minutes following each home contest. The museum is open by appointment only during the week between 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at a cost of $7 per person, $5 for senior citizens and children and $5 per person for any group of 10 or more.
