Akiem Hicks: 2013 season in review

Akiem Hicks led all New Orleans Saints defensive linemen with 72 tackles in 2013

Hicks transitioned from defensive tackle to defensive end in the club's 3-4 alignment where he plays opposite Jordan. He opened all 16 contests, posting 72 tackles (35 solo) to lead the defensive line and 4.5 sacks, setting career-highs in both categories.

Best Game: Had eight total tackles (five solo) and 1.5 sacks for 11 yards loss in the New Orleans Saints 17-13 win against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12.
