Cardinals' 2018 season recap:

The Cardinals closed out the 2018 season with a 3-13 record, finishing last in the NFC West for the first time since 2012. Quarterback Josh Rosen underwhelmed in his first season with the Cardinals and was traded to the Miami Dolphins following his rookie campaign. Arizona's offensive line was a weakness, as its unit finished last in the league in pass-blocking efficiency (77.6). However, rookie wideout Christian Kirk showed promise as a deep threat, finishing with 227 receiving yards and a catch rate of 60 percent on targets of 20-plus yards. A disappointing season landed the No. 1 overall pick, Kyler Murray, for Arizona, and it's rebuilding time as Steve Wilks was fired after his only year as head coach.

Notable additions:

  • Quarterback – Kyler Murray (selected with the first overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft)
  • Linebacker – Terrell Suggs
  • Free safety – D.J. Swearinger

Notable losses:

  • Quarterback – Josh Rosen
  • Quarterback – Sam Bradford
  • Safety – Antoine Bethea
