Perfect football weather is expected Sunday night for fans heading to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome to watch the New Orleans Saints play the Dallas Cowboys on "Sunday Night Football."

Temperatures should remain in the 60s through the 7:30 p.m. kickoff with lows after the game dropping to the high 50s and low 60s. Winds are from the North at 8-12 mph. No rain is in the forecast.

As of 3:30 p.m. the only traffic issue reported was congestion on eastbound Interstate 10 on the Bonnet Carre Spillway.

A reminder for all fans heading west postgame the I-10 West on-ramp from West Stadium Drive (West side of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome) will be closed for the next two to four months in order to complete the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development's highway construction project which involves the I-10 ramp.
