Venture Global announced today a donation of $47,350 to the Woodlands Conservancy to support critical coastal restoration projects in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. This contribution is part of the company's multi-year partnership with the New Orleans Saints through the Catch for the Coast initiative, sponsored by Venture Global. The Venture Global team was pleased to be joined by Saints Owner Gayle Benson, Tyler Shough, and members of Woodlands Conservancy for a check presentation of this donation at the New Orleans Saints Ochsner Sports Performance Center.

Catch for the Coast was launched during the 2024 NFL season, where Venture Global committed to donating $10 for every receiving yard gained by the Saints towards coastal restoration efforts in Louisiana. The Saints accumulated a total of 4,735 receiving yards in the 2025 season, resulting in the $47,350 donation from Venture Global.

"Venture Global is deeply invested in the future of Plaquemines Parish, our coastal communities, and the entire state of Louisiana," said Shaylyn Hynes, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Strategy at Venture Global. "Protecting and restoring this coastline is essential to the strength, resilience, and long‑term growth of our state. Programs like Catch for the Coast reflect exactly what we believe in: local action that delivers real impact for the people who live and work here. Venture Global will continue to be a strong partner and a responsible neighbor, committed to the restoration of Louisiana's coast while providing the world with affordable, reliable American LNG."

"Our coastline is a defining part of who we are — our identity, our culture, and our future," said Gayle Benson, Owner of the New Orleans Saints. "We are proud to work alongside Venture Global through Catch for the Coast to support Woodlands Conservancy's vital efforts to preserve and restore Louisiana's forested wetlands for generations to come."

"Support from partners like the Saints and Venture Global directly advances our mission to preserve and restore the forested wetlands and ecologically significant lands that protect our communities," said Katie Brasted, Executive Director Emeritus at Woodlands Conservancy. "As a nonprofit land trust, we are committed to safeguarding the hardwood forests and coastal ecosystems that define this region."
