In a Friday morning interview, Today Show host Hoda Kotb couldn't help showing emotion when talking about her beloved city of New Orleans with Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
On Thursday, Brees announced that he was donating $5 million to help Louisiana, a state that has seen a huge spike in coronavirus cases in recent weeks.
"This is a devastating thing for a lot of people but especially for the state of Louisiana," Brees said. He added, "We have to come together and help one another."
