Davis, a 6-0, 183-pound defensive back out of Jacksonville State, was signed as an undrafted free agent by the club on April 30. Following a four-year career at Jacksonville State, where he totaled 126 tackles (97 solo), 17 passes defensed, six interceptions, three fumble recoveries and one blocked kick, he appeared in two preseason games for the Saints, recording two solo tackles.
