Teams are playing at CenturyLink Field

Third-quarter update: The Seattle Seahawks added to their first-half lead Monday night when they scored a touchdown on a tipped-ball reception by fullback Derrick Coleman and lead the visiting New Orleans Saints 34-7.

The Saints forced Seattle to punt for the first time in the game on its opening possession but a series of penalties derailed any chance of their possession working out.

Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson led his team on an eight-play, 79-syard scoring drive that ended with Coleman catching a pass deflected by Kellen Davis.

Seattle set a CenturyLink Field attendance record as 68,387 fans showed up to watch the game between the top two teams in the NFC.

Key stats: Drew Brees, 17 of 25 for 92 yards and one TD; Jimmy Graham, two catches for 22 yards and one TD; Seahawks, Russell Wilson, 20 of 27 for 298 yards; Marshawn Lynch, 16 carries for 45 yards.
