Peyton Manning broke the record that Drew Brees set in 2011

Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning broke New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees' NFL record for most passing yards in a single season (5,476) in the Broncos game against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.

Manning broke the record on a 5-yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas in the second quarter.

Drew Brees originally broke the record, which stood for 27 years, against the Atlanta Falcons on December 26, 2011 in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
