New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced Friday that the club has signed free agent cornerback Jayden Price. Here are five things to know about the Saints roster addition:

He also tallied 337 kickoff return yards and 194 punt return yards, which ranked second in the league, in 10 games. He joins the Saints alongside fellow Renegades team member tight end Seth Green.
  2. Price also played one game for the Canadian Football League's Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 2024, returning a kickoff for 22 yards.
  3. Price spent the 2024 training camp and preseason with the Atlanta Falcons after signing as an undrafted free agent following the 2024 NFL Draft. He played in all three preseason contests and recorded 14 tackles (nine solo).
  4. The 5-11, 185-pound cornerback attended North Dakota State University from 2018-2023. After taking a redshirt season, Price played five seasons with the Bison appearing in 71 games with 54 starts, recording 107 tackles (73 solo), 17 passes defensed, three interceptions, one forced fumble and three fumble recoveries. He also returned 63 punts for 910 yards and five touchdowns. He reunites on the Saints with former college teammate offensive lineman Dillon Radunz.
  5. A three-year starter at quarterback and defensive back at Mulvane High School in Kansas, Price finished his career passing for 4,536 yards and 51 touchdowns. He set school records for rushing yards (3,359), touchdowns (50), and career points (306).
