Five things to know about the New Orleans Saints on July 30

First day of training camp presented by Verizon is today

The New Orleans Saints will hold their first practice of training camp presented by Verizon at 7:50 a.m. central Thursday at The Greenbrier. Practice should end around 10:30-10:40. There will be a walk-through at 3:30 p.m. Go here for live updates from practice.

Coach Sean Payton, quarterback Drew Brees and a few other players will meet with the media immediately following practice. You can watch that here.

The Saints announced a few roster moves Wednesday.
