After the season Morstead and Vikings punt returner Marcus Sherels both teamed up to donate more than 220,000 dollars to a children's hospital in Minnesota, following up with a challenge prior to the 2018 matchup between the two clubs to raise money for Christmas gifts for the underprivileged in the two areas…In 2018, purchased and along with Wil Lutz delivered gifts on Christmas eve to a Westbank single mother and her two-year old daughter.
