Biography

NFL CAREER – Possessing an impressive combination of the speed to keep up with the fastest wideouts and outstanding ball skills, this 2010 first round draft pick made his return to New Orleans in 2018 fresh off a Super Bowl LII victory with Philadelphia. In 2018, he saw action in three games, making one start, before exiting a Week 3 contest at Atlanta with a season-ending ankle injury. In 2017, the eventual Super Bowl LII Champion appeared in all 16 contests starting eight games posting a career-high 54 tackles (46 solo), his first career sack, tied a career-high four interceptions, a career-high 22 passes defensed, three special teams tackles and one blocked field goal. For his career with the Saints, Chargers, Colts and Eagles he has recorded 314 tackles (258 solo), 14 interceptions, one returned for a touchdown, 82 passes defensed, two sacks, three forced fumbles and three blocked kicks after starting 58-of-100 regular season games played in nine campaigns. He looks to bounce back from a season-ending ankle injury suffered early in the 2018 season.
