NFL CAREER –Bushrod turned his potential into production becoming a two-time Pro Bowler and an anchor on the left side of any offensive front he's played on. After an understudy role his first two seasons with New Orleans, he distinguished himself as a starter and Super Bowl Champion for the Saints (2007-12), Bears (2013-15) and the Dolphins (2016-17). For his career, he has started 128-of-145 games and possesses the versatility to multiple positons along the offensive line. A fourth-round pick by New Orleans in 2007, he's the only player the club has ever drafted out of Towson.

COLLEGE – A four-year starter at Towson from 2003-06…All-Atlantic 10 selection at left tackle in 2006…Finished with a streak of 38 consecutive starts…Earned third-team all-league honors as junior and recorded nine TD-resulting blocks…Posted 72 knockdown blocks and was a third-team All-Atlantic 10 selection as a sophomore in 2004, his first full season as a starter…Started five games in 2003 after redshirting as a freshman in 2002…Sports Management major.
PERSONAL – Attended King George (Va.) HS, where he was a standout in football, basketball and baseball…Honorable mention All-State selection at tackle…Bushrod and his offensive line teammates sponsored a holiday bike drive for underprivileged youth in 2009 and 2010…Has held and annual golf tournament to raise book scholarships for student-athletes from his hometown of King George, Va…Has worked as a substitute teacher and done community service work at various NAACP events.
