NFL CAREER – This former Northern Illinois standout, who secured a spot on the 2016 53-man roster out of the preseason, spent a significant portion of his first three seasons as a kickoff and punt returner, also seeing action on offense. Lewis has carried seven times for 35 yards, caught 20 passes for 252 yards with two touchdowns, returned 40 punts for 335 yards (8.4 avg.) and brought back 24 kickoffs for 528 yards (22.0 avg.) in 33 games with two starts. After spending the 2019 preseason in Detroit, Lewis returns to the Saints to compete for a roster spot on offense and special teams.
