NFL CAREER –Originally selected by the Patriots in the first round (32nd overall) in the 2015 NFL draft, Brown joined the Saints in free agency after four productive seasons in New England in 2019. He made an immediate impact on the New Orleans defense, which finished fourth in the NFL in run defense, posting 34 tackles (18 solo), two sacks, one pass defensed and one forced fumble, adding two stops and a split sack in the NFC Wild Card Playoff vs. Minnesota. For his career, the former Texas standout has appeared in 76 games with 67 starts tallying 220 tackles (121 solo), 10.5 sacks, one pass defensed one forced fumble and four fumble recoveries.
