*New Orleans converted seven-of-13 third down attempts (54%).
*QB Drew Brees completed 20 of 30 passes for 250 yards, one touchdown pass, two interceptions and a passer rating of 75.7. He also had a key second quarter rush for a four-yard gain on third-and-one. He also scrambled for five yards in the second quarter.
*Brees led his 3rd career game-winning drive in the postseason. Brees led two comebacks in the in 2009 playoffs, including in overtime in the NFC Championship and the fourth-quarter go-ahead scoring drive for a touchdown in the team's Super Bowl XLIV victory.
*New Orleans' trio of running backs in Mark Ingram, Darren Sproles and Khiry Robinson, along with Brees and WR Kenny Stills (one-yard rush), rushed 36 times for 185 yards (5.1 avg.) with one touchdown.
*In his postseason debut, Ingram carried 18 times for a team-leading 97 yards with a four-yard touchdown run and had three receptions for 17 yards.
*Robinson carried eight times for 45 yards.
