The New Orleans Saints announced Monday, July 24 updated information for fans making plans to attend the team's 11 open training camp practices at their Metairie training facility.
• The Saints are announcing that all of the free tickets for practice Saturday, July 29 have been distributed. No further tickets will be issued for that date.
• A very limited number of seats remain for Sunday, July 30 (8:50-11:40 a.m.). Fans are encouraged to act now in order to secure their free tickets for this date and others throughout training camp. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Parking at practices is free based on availability. For the practices on July 29-30, Aug. 5-6, Aug. 12-13 and on Aug. 24, the entrance at the corner of Elise Drive and Airline Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic and fans must enter and park at the West entrance/Stable Drive to New Orleans Baby Cakes Stadium on Airline Drive.
• Fans will only be able to access entry into the Saints Training Camp via entry from the New Orleans Baby Cakes parking lots (Lots C, D and E). Signage will be prevalent but fans attempting to gain entry by crossing Airline Highway and Elise will be redirected to the West Entrance/Stable Drive. This includes foot traffic, as well.
• Fan Fest Days will be held on: July 29 (sold-out), July 30 (limited number of tickets available), August 5, August 6, August 12, August 13 with each practice running from 8:50-11:40 a.m. Fan Fest is adjacent to the practice fields for ticketed fans. Offerings will include interactive Saints and New Orleans Pelicans-themed fan experiences, concession offerings and merchandise booths offering the newest Saints gear.
• All training camp practices are subject to short notice changes and adjustments based on weather and/or football operations decisions.
• Fans interested in attending any of the open training camp practices will require a ticket for entry. FREE tickets can be claimed by visiting www.neworleanssaints.com/trainingcamp.
• Tickets will be limited to four per individual registrant and must be used for the specific practice requested. Tickets will be available for the Aug. 24 joint practice with the Houston Texans at a later date. Fans with questions can contact the Saints ticket office at (504) 731-1700. Gates will open to the public 50 minutes prior to each practice. Limited bleacher seating is available. Standing room along the fence line is also available.
• Once training camp begins, media and fan alerts, updates and schedule changes will be made daily on www.neworleanssaints.com via Twitter (@Saints), on Facebook (facebook.com/neworleanssaints) and email to all registered attendees. Please note that, in the event of inclement weather (including rain, thunderstorms and extreme heat) practices will be moved indoors and will be closed to the public. Practice times and field locations are subject to change with little or no advance warning at the discretion of the football operations staff.
• Hand-Wanding/Prohibited Items: Fans are advised to arrive early as they will be checked via hand-wanding and all bags will be checked by security.
