NFL CAREER – A speedy and talented wideout/return specialist, Rashid Shaheed burst onto the scene in 2022 as an undrafted free agent out of Weber State before earning Pro Bowl honors as a return specialist and Associated Press first-team All-Pro (punt returner) in year two. The explosive playmaker was on pace for a career year in 2024 before his season was cut short due to injury. In six games, Shaheed recorded 20 receptions for 349 yards (career-high 17.5 avg.) and three touchdowns, six carries for 29 yards, 143 punt return yards (15.9 avg.) with a 54-yard touchdown, and 171 kickoff return yards (28.5 avg.). Through his first three campaigns, he has appeared in 33 games with 19 starts, posting 94 catches for 1,556 yards (16.6 avg.) and 10 touchdowns, 17 carries for 123 yards with a score, 675 punt return yards (12.5 avg.), two touchdown returns and 875 kickoff return yards (23.0 avg.).
