NFL CAREER – Originally selected in the second round (35th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft by Cincinnati, Andy Dalton spent nine seasons as the starting quarterback for the Bengals, leading the team to the postseason in each of his first five NFL seasons, the longest postseason streak in franchise history. The 12th year veteran has appeared in 152 games with 148 starts for the Bengals, Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears, throwing for 35,279 yards, 226 touchdowns and 135 interceptions while completing 62.2 percent of his passes. Dalton also has 22 career rushing touchdowns, the sixth most in the NFL among quarterbacks since entering the league in 2011. In 2021, Dalton appeared in eight games with six starts for the Bears, completing 149-of-236 passes for 1,515 yards, eight touchdowns, nine interceptions with 63.1 completion percentage and a 3-3 record as a starter. Dalton set several franchise marks with the Bengals, including the most wins by a quarterback (70), career passer rating (87.5), 300-yard passing games (28), winning percentage (.533), completions (2,757), touchdowns (204) and touchdown/interception ratio (1.73).

COLLEGE – A key player in TCU's return to prominence, playing four seasons (2007-10) and seeing action in 50 games (49 starts), authoring a Mountain West Conference record 42 victories on his way to school records for pass attempts (1,317), completions (812), passing yards (10,314) and touchdown passes (71). Rushed for 1,611 career yards and 22 additional touchdowns, and departed TCU with an MWC record for total offense (11,925 yards)...As a senior in 2010, finished ninth in Heisman Trophy voting and was the MWC Offensive Player of the Year, leading TCU to a No. 2 national ranking, finishing the year 13-0, capped by a Rose Bowl win and Offensive MVP honors over Wisconsin...Threw for TCU single-season record 27 touchdowns with just six interceptions in 2010, and his 66.1 completion percentage was another TCU single-season mark. Added 435 yards and six rushing touchdowns. PERSONAL – The Houston Chronicle Greater Houston Area Offensive Player of the Year and a finalist for Texas Football 5A Player of the Year, posted the district's highest quarterback rating as a senior, completing 53.4 percent of his passes for 2,877 yards with 42 touchdowns and 15 interceptions at Katy, Texas, High School...Led Katy to a 14-1 record and the Texas 5A finals in 2005...He and his wife, JJ, have two sons, Noah and Nash, and a daughter, Finley.
