NFL CAREER – Originally selected in the second round (35th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft by Cincinnati, Andy Dalton spent nine seasons as the starting quarterback for the Bengals, leading the team to the postseason in each of his first five NFL seasons, the longest postseason streak in franchise history. The 12th year veteran has appeared in 152 games with 148 starts for the Bengals, Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears, throwing for 35,279 yards, 226 touchdowns and 135 interceptions while completing 62.2 percent of his passes. Dalton also has 22 career rushing touchdowns, the sixth most in the NFL among quarterbacks since entering the league in 2011. In 2021, Dalton appeared in eight games with six starts for the Bears, completing 149-of-236 passes for 1,515 yards, eight touchdowns, nine interceptions with 63.1 completion percentage and a 3-3 record as a starter. Dalton set several franchise marks with the Bengals, including the most wins by a quarterback (70), career passer rating (87.5), 300-yard passing games (28), winning percentage (.533), completions (2,757), touchdowns (204) and touchdown/interception ratio (1.73)
