Saints Players to Participate in Inaugural Black and Gold Hoops Challenge

Event takes place Friday, April 13, at Brother Martin High School

A number of Saints players will participate in the Inaugural Black and Gold Hoops Challenge this Friday, April 13, at 6 pm in the Brother Martin High School gym.

Tickets ($5 for students, $12 for adults) are available at www.westandasone.org.

Among the players that are expected to attend are WR Lance Moore, DE Will Smith, S Roman Harper, S Malcolm Jenkins, WR Courtney Roby, RB Chris Ivory and Team Ambassador Michael Lewis.

The Hoops Challenge will give the fans an opportunity to see some of their favorite football players compete in a game of basketball.

The proceeds from the event will benefit the foundations of the Saints players participating and the "We Stand As One! Love NOLA!" initiative.
