In the wake of cementing himself atop the NFL record books as the new all-time passing leader, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees joined the Good Morning America crew to share his thoughts on the historic moment and what it meant for him and his family.

Brees entered the October 8 matchup with the Washington Redskins needing 201 yards to set the NFL's all-time passing record and delivered one of his finest performances of the season, finishing 26 of 29 for 363 yards with three touchdowns in the New Orleans Saints 43-19 victory over the Washington Redskins.
