Saints 50/50 Raffle

Saints 50/50 Raffle tickets can be purchased online at https://www.neworleanssaints.com/community/5050 or via the Saints Mobile App. For each home game, half of the net proceeds collected from the raffle will benefit a designated charitable organization or cause, while one lucky fan will win the remaining half of those proceeds. Ticket prices are: 3 for $5, 10 for 10 for $10, or 80 for $20.

*Please note that the 50/50 Raffle is geofenced to the state of Louisiana. Purchases made from mobile devices, tablets, or computers outside of the state of Louisiana are not allowed.*

Saints Memorabilia

Authentic autographed memorabilia will be auctioned off every home game via the Saints App. Memorabilia will include full size helmets, mini helmets, jerseys, footballs and framed pictures. The on-site auctions in Caesars Superdome can be found at the following locations:

Gate H Atrium (Plaza Level)

Access from inside the stadium and through our Outdoor Plaza Concourse.

Gameday Hours of Operations:

• Opens 2 hours prior to kickoff and closes 1 hour post-game.

Gate A Ground Location

Starting Sunday, October 1st, the Gate A Ground Team Store will be operational under the following plan:

• The Team Store at Gate A Ground will open with regular doors (2 hours before kickoff). It will operate as an additional entrance to the building with security screening and ticket scanning. The interior doors would be an exit only until kickoff.
• At kickoff, the exterior doors would be closed, and the interior doors would become the entrance for any ticket holder with access to Gate A ground kickoff until the 2-minute warning in the 4th. 

Satellite locations are open 2 hours prior to the game and closed after kickoff.

• Exterior Concourse: Gates B & G
• Plaza Level Kiosks: Gates E & G
• Loge Level Kiosks: Gates A & E and Mini Store in Claiborne Club Lounge – Glass Room #2
• Terrace Level Kiosks: Gates C & G

On non-game days, the Saints Pro Shop located at Gate A Ground is open the following days and times:

• Monday – Friday: 10am-5pm
• Saturday: 10am-3pm
• Sunday: Closed

Scalping

Louisiana state law prohibits the resale of event tickets at higher than resale value. Additionally, the New Orleans City ordinances prohibit any unauthorized sales in downtown New Orleans. This includes the sale of tickets on Caesars Superdome property by anyone other than the New Orleans Saints or Caesars Superdome. These rules will be enforced for the protection of fans from the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal tickets.

Security

We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all guests at the Caesars Superdome. The visible security measures at the Caesars Superdome include the presence of uniformed police officers, using specially trained hazard detection canines, bag and security screenings at all entrances.

Walkthrough security detection screening is now in place to expedite guest entry.

Security checkpoints are located at:

• Gate A exterior ramps
• Champions Square North and South Entrance
• Garage 1 corner ramp
• Garage 2 corner ramp
• Gate E at the top of the stairs from Girod Street
• Garage 5 corner ramp
• Garage 6 corner ramp

Sensory Bags and Locations

During Saints games, guests may check out Kulture City Sensory Bags at no cost to utilize fidget toys, weighted lap pads, noise-canceling headphones, and other resources during the event. Sensory bags are located at the Guest Service Center located at Gate F Plaza Level. Please be advised you will need a Photo I.D. to check out a sensory bag.

Smoking Policy

Designated smoking gates located exterior of the plaza level have been eliminated for the 2023 New Orleans Saints season.

Solicitation

The distribution of promotional items, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures and autographs, is not permitted on Caesars Superdome property without prior, written authorization from Venue Management.

Stairs

Eight (8) stairwells have been added to Caesars Superdome and will be serves as a primary mode of vertical transportation for fans. It is highly recommended that the stairs be utilized for vertical transportation when possible. The stairs are located at the following locations around Caesars Superdome:

• Gate B – access from Plaza Level to the Upper Terrace Level
• Gate D – access from the Plaza Level to the Lower Terrace Level
• Gate F – access from the Plaza Level to the Lower Terrace Level
• Gate H – access from the Plaza Level to the Upper Terrace Level
