<span>Concluding a memorable spring filled with packed crowds, great music and wonderful memories, The Young Leadership Council's spring/summer concert series will end this evening with performances by GALATIC and the Hot 8 Brass Band.

Sponsored by the New Orleans Saints, tonight's free concert series at Lafayette Square concludes 12 straight weeks of free concerts and festivities that has invigorated the post-workday midweek crowd in downtown New Orleans.

"The Saints are committed to the total health of our community which includes cultural initiatives throughout the region, and the Wednesday at the Square concert series has provided an outlet for everyone in our area to get together and enjoy themselves," said Saints Owner/Executive Vice President Rita Benson LeBlanc.

Tonight's free concert runs from 5:00-7:30 p.m. in Lafayette Square, just off Poydras Street between St. Charles Avenue and Camp Street across from Gallier Hall.

In addition to regular appearances by Saints and other civic luminaries, YLC Wednesday at the Square features one music stage with performances by two different bands. There is also food and treats from some of New Orleans' most popular names, and an Artist Village.

We look forward to seeing you tonight at Lafayette Square!
