Two practices at this weekend's veteran's minicamp will be open for the public to view, their first opportunity to see the club on the field since their Super Bowl XLIV win. Fans will be able to attend the practices scheduled on Friday at 3 p.m. and Saturday at 10:15 a.m. at the practice facility on 5800 Airline Drive in Metairie. Admission is free.
The open practices will take place on the outdoor fields. In the event of inclement weather, the team may move practice indoors with little or no advance warning. Fans attending practice on Friday or Saturday will not be allowed inside the indoor facility.
Gates to the fields will open at 2:15 p.m. for the Friday practice and 9:15 a.m. for the Saturday practice. Concessions and merchandise will be available for purchase and a brief autograph session with players will follow after the practices.
