As he celebrates his birthday, we look back at Saints Hall of Famer Danny Abramowicz's years in uniform and as offensive coordinator with New Orleans.

On July 13, 1945 former New Orleans Saints wide receiver Danny Abramowicz was born.

The Saints drafted Abramowicz 420th overall in the 17th round of the 1967 draft.

Abramowicz went on to play for the Saints from 1967-1973.

He was elected to the Saints Hall of Fame in 1988 and the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame in 1992.
