On April 16, 1982 former New Orleans Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma was born.

Vilma played for the Saints from 2008-2012 and was a member of the Super Bowl team.

Vilma retired from professional football and was honored by the Saints before a home game on Dec. 6, 2015.
