Mark Ingram, Alvin Kamara break 1,500-yard mark for 2017 season

Just another milestone for Boom and Zoom

Tampa, Fla. - New Orleans Saints running backs Mark Ingram II and Alvin Kamara each have more than 1,500 yards from scrimmage in 2017.

Ingram passed the mark in the first half, Kamara early in the second half against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Ingram finished the regular season with 1,124 rushing yards and 416 receiving yards (1,540 yards). Kamara finished with 728 rushing yards and 826 receiving yards for 1,554 yards. Kamara finished with 14 touchdowns and is the first player since Gale Sayers in 1965 to have at least five receiving touchdowns, five rushing touchdowns and one kickoff return for a touchdown. His 106-yard return Sunday was the longest play in Saints history.

The two running backs both were selected to the 2018 Pro Bowl among many other honors this season.
