Ticket Exchange Policy

As a general rule, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the New Orleans Saints do not have a ticket exchange program or ticket refund program. All tickets purchased are final. 

Ticket Pricing Availability

Disabled seating locations are available in all ticket prices for events at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. These tickets are sold on Ticketmaster using the SELCLS feature. For more information on how to do so, please contact Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Ticketmaster Phone Orders

All tickets sold through Ticketmaster, including those for disabled patrons may be purchased through Ticketmaster charge by phone lines. The Mercedes-Benz Superdome Box Office does not accept phone orders. Charges by phone numbers include:

Customers may have their tickets mailed to them or can pick them up on the day of the event at the Ticketmaster Will Call window. This window is operated by Ticketmaster personnel on event day. Standard phone services charges apply to all tickets ordered over the phone. The Will Call window location may vary by event, but is given to the customer. Patrons may purchase disabled seating at any Ticketmaster Ticket Center. Standard service charges will be added to the price.

There are no public tours of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
