Gate Opening
Gate A Ground opens three (3) hours prior to kickoff for those in suites – Field, 300-Level and 400-Level.
Gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff for all ticket holders. All gates for the Caesars Superdome are used at this time. Gate C – East Premium on the Plaza Level will be available to only Suite Holders and East Club (Bunker, Plaza, and Loge) Ticket holders.
Guest Services Desk
The Caesars Superdome and New Orleans Saints are committed to providing a first-class experience for all guests. The Guest Services Center is located at Gate F Plaza Level. Guest Services Desks can be found at the following locations:
- Gates A, C, E, F, & G on the Plaza Level
- Gates A, C, E & G on the Loge Level
- Gates A, C, E & G on the Lower Suite Level
- Gates C & G on the Upper Suite Level
- Gates A, C, E & G on the Lower Terrace Level
- Gates C & G on the Upper Terrace Level

Guests with Disabilities Information (ADA)
Caesars Superdome provides accommodations for persons with disabilities. For more information, please visit our Guests with Disabilities page or contact the Saints Box Office at 504-731-1700. Please note that accessible seating accommodations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Persons with disabilities may pick up an elevator pass for themselves and one guest at the Saints Ticket Office at Gate A on the Ground Level. This pass allows access to Elevator 3 closest to Gate A Ground Level and the Gate A Escalators.
