NFL CAREER – Ryan Wright joins New Orleans after spending his first four seasons with Minnesota, who signed him as an undrafted free agent out of Tulane. In four campaigns with the Vikings, Wright was among the most productive punters in the NFL, recording a career gross average of 47.9 on 253 punts with a 42.4 net and 100 punts inside the 20-yard line across 68 contests. In 2025, the former Green Wave standout set career-highs in gross average (49.0) and net (44.5), good for third-best in the league in both categories.
