Saints Fan Gameday Playbook | Health and Safety Tips for the Mercedes-Benz Superdome

Saints_2023_KBYG Web Header

It's a new day for the Caesars Superdome!

As we welcome you back to a reimagined Caesars Superdome, which has been thoughtfully redesigned to more efficiently and seamlessly elevate your gameday, every Saints fan will experience the venue in a new way. From your entry gate, to concessions, amenities, and the path to your seats.

To ensure an enjoyable experience, we encourage you to refer to your Personal Game Plan and review the following important updates below so you are ready for gameday:

  • Please review your Personal Game Plan on your mobile ticket before arriving at the stadium. This will help you familiarize yourself with new entry gates, concourses, and amenities.
  • Open your Saints or SeatGeek app to view your mobile tickets, and scroll down to view your Personal Game Plan. Please only enter at the designated gate noted on your ticket as this is the fastest path to and from your seats.
  • Maps have been placed on the Outdoor Plaza Concourse to find your designated entry gate. To view online click here.
  • Circumnavigation on the interior of the building is no longer available on all levels. However, you are still able to navigate the full exterior of the Caesars Superdome and move freely in and out of the stadium. Only enter at the gate noted on your ticket and use this ability as this is the fastest way to get to your seats.
  • Open your mobile ticket and scroll down to your Personal Game Plan to review your exit Game Plan. It is the fastest way out the door once the game is over. Upon completion of the game, follow the signs directing you to the stairway or escalator closest to your seats to get down to the plaza level and out the building. Once outside, follow the newly added exit signs that will direct you to your destination.

While half of the stadium upgrades are available for fans this year, we have one more year of construction to go. We know that construction can be disruptive, but we have redesigned the stadium to elevate your experience in the Caesars Superdome for years to come. We appreciate your continued cooperation as we transform the Caesars Superdome!

To expedite your entry:

  1. Add your mobile tickets and parking to your cellular device before you head to the Caesars Superdome.
  2. Open your mobile ticket to view your designated entry gate in your Personal Game Plan and use the exterior plaza to circumnavigate the building. The fastest way to your seat is to enter via your designated gate.
  3. Review the NFL's Clear Bag Policy for a smooth and seamless entry through our walkthrough security detectors.

Champions Square will only be available to ticketed guests. You will be screened, and your tickets scanned at our two Champions Square entrances (LaSalle St. by Dave Dixon Dr. or Sugar Bowl Dr.) on the street level before joining the Saints tailgate and accessing the full exterior of the Caesars Superdome.

Gates at the Caesars Superdome will continue to open 2 hours before kickoff. Re-entry will not be permitted once you enter through the Champions Square entrances.

Mobile Ticketing and Parking

Mobile Ticketing and Parking

The Saints have shifted to 100% mobile tickets and parking passes, delivering a safer and more convenient experience for our fans. Your mobile ticket will also provide you with your Personal Game Plan that will show you your designated entry and exit gates based on your seat location.

Prior to arrival, open your Saints app or SeatGeek app and download your tickets and parking passes at home as you'll need it to present them on your mobile phone to enter a parking garage or stadium. Loading your tickets and passes before you leave will save you time and eliminate any risk of potential slow download speeds while you're in the company of 70,000+ fellow Saints fans. Please take some time to review your Personal Game Plan before arriving at the stadium, and enter only at the designated gate shown on your ticket. This will help you familiarize yourself with new entry gates, concourses, and amenities. Please read our “Mobile 101” tutorial for detailed instructions.

Please make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone before entering the security screening checkpoint. Each ticket can be displayed on an individual phone or all tickets in your group may be presented on one mobile phone.

For assistance with your tickets upon arrival at the stadium, please visit the Box Office located outside Gate A ground or one of our auxiliary ticket resolution locations near each ticket scanning location.
