Caesars Superdome Arrivals

Doors will open 2 hours prior to kickoff for all guests. All patrons will be subject to security screening and ticket scanning upon entry to the security checkpoints in our extended perimeter and the outdoor plaza concourse.

Stadium Security

We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all guests at the Caesars Superdome. The visible security measures at the Caesars Superdome include the presence of uniformed police officers, the use of specially trained hazard detection canines, as well as bag and security screenings at all entrances.

Walkthrough security detection screening, OpenGate, is now in place to expedite guest entry. OpenGate™ is a Groundbreaking Weapons Detection System designed for the automatic screening of people.

Security checkpoints are located at:

• Gate A exterior ramps
• Champions Square North and South Entrance
• Garage 1 corner ramp
• Garage 2 corner ramp
• Gate E at the top of the stairs from Girod Street
• Camry Garage 5 corner ramp
• Rav4 Garage 6 corner ramp

Bag Policy

To provide a safer environment for our guests and significantly expedite fan entry into the Caesars Superdome, NFL teams have implemented an NFL policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums.

The New Orleans Saints strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bag. However, fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container into the Caesars Superdome:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions. (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags are available through club merchandise outlets or at nflshop.com)
• No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
• Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
• Small clutch bags, 6.5" x 4.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose

Designated Gates

Enter through the designated gate noted on your ticket, as this is the fastest path to and from your seats.

Gate C East Premium Suite and Club Entrance is exclusively available for all club holders and suite holders.

Gate G West Premium Suite and Club Entrance is exclusively available for all club holders and suite holders.

Smoke Free Facility

The Caesars Superdome is a smoke free stadium including interior and exterior concourses, seating areas, suites and club areas. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, vapor cigarettes and electronic cigarettes.

Atriums and Express Escalators

Soaring from plaza level to the terrace levels, atriums located at Gate B, Gate D and Gate H will welcome Saints fans to the Caesars Superdome. These are the best entrances for all of our terrace level fans.

Cashless Stadium

The Caesars Superdome is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay along with contactless EMV are acceptable forms of payment inside the Caesars Superdome.

Guests may convert their cash to a Debit Card at the following Guest Service locations throughout the Stadium:

• Plaza Level – Gate B
• Terrace Level – Gate C

Debit cards may be purchased in any amount up to $500 (no minimum). For any questions regarding our cashless operations, please visit any Guest Services locations for assistance on game day.

Champions Square Tailgate

Champions Square Tailgate will open 3 hours prior to kick off and entertainment will conclude 45 minutes before kickoff.

Champions Square will only be available to ticketed guests. You will be screened, and your tickets will be scanned at our two Champions Square Tailgate entrances (LaSalle St. by Dave Dixon Dr. or Sugar Bowl Dr.) on the street level before joining the Saints tailgate and accessing the full exterior of the Caesars Superdome.

Gates at the Caesars Superdome will continue to open 2 hours before kickoff. Re-entry will not be permitted once you enter through the Champions Square entrances.

Saints Pro Shop

Fan Code of Conduct

The National Football League, Saints, and the managers and staff of Legends Global are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a game, there is a no-tolerance policy for the following behaviors:

• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or illegal in nature.
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
• Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field).
• Failing to follow instructions of law enforcement, guest services, and security personnel.
• Verbal or physical harassment of all fans, stadium staff, officials, team personnel and players.
• Unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons.
• Offensive language, obscene gestures, language or clothing, to include the use of such language, or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/ expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
• Any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to fans, participants, officials or stadium staff.
• Conduct that results in damage to the stadium or other personal property.
• If a fan violates the Fan Code of Conduct and fails to identify themselves to stadium staff, the fan is subject to penalty, including being barred from the stadium and subject to a league-wide ban. The ticket holder of record may be subject to disciplinary measures including ticket suspension.

Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and potential loss of ticket privileges for future games.

We strive to make sure all patrons have a safe and enjoyable environment to watch the game. If a patron wishes to report negative behavior or file a different complaint, please go to a Guest Services Kiosk and scan the QR Code for Event Day Problems to report the issue and location. The information will be relayed to stadium security.

Rideshare

The Caesars Superdome offers convenient rideshare drop-off and pick-up locations near the Stadium and Arena.

Rideshare Zone Location

The designated rideshare zone is located on Poydras Street between the intersection of Loyola Avenue and Carondelet Street.

Pathway from the Rideshare Drop-Off

• Calling Your Rideshare: The rideshare zone is geo-fenced. All rideshare drop-offs must occur within this designated zone. You can only be dropped off at this location
• From the Drop-Off: After being dropped off, proceed west (lake bound) along the sidewalk for about 3 blocks toward the stadium and Champions Square.
• Follow Signs: Along the way, follow the clearly marked signs labeled "To the Stadium & Arena" for guidance to the Stadium and Arena.

Pathway from the Rideshare Drop-Off

• From the Entrance: After the event, exit the building through the main entrances. Once outside, proceed east (river bound) along the sidewalk on Poydras Street.
• Follow Signs: Follow the signs labeled "Rideshare Pickup" to navigate towards the designated area.
• Designated Pickup Area: The sidewalk will lead you to the rideshare pickup zone. Look for marking to the loading zone for easy identification.
• Calling Your Rideshare: The rideshare pickup area is geo-fenced. You can only request a rideshare pickup once you arrive at the rideshare zone.
