Information for Persons With Disability

Caesars Superdome provides accommodations for persons with disabilities. We sincerely hope the information provided here and the accommodations/services on game day will make your visit to the Caesars Superdome a favorable one.

Assistive Listening Devices

Caesars Superdome has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). Appropriate headsets and receivers are available at no charge at Guest Services desks. A driver's license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Guests who choose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast.

Drop-off Areas

Caesars Superdome has a designated drop-off area located at the Sugar Bowl Drive (inner street parallel to Poydras Street) entrance (Gate A, north side of the stadium). Individuals must possess a disabled parking placard or license plate to access this area. Please be aware it may be difficult to drop-off and/or pick-up patrons due to heavy traffic and congestion.

Elevators/Escalators

Public elevators running between the Plaza level and the 500/600 level of Caesars Superdome are available to patrons with disabilities on game day. Additionally, ground access for patrons with disabilities to elevators #1 and 9 is available at/via Gate A of Caesars Superdome.

Escalators are located at Gate A, Gate C, Gate G, and Gate E in Caesars Superdome. They connect in the Plaza, Club, Suite, and Terrace Levels, accessing the 100 through 600 levels. Gate A escalators also access the ground level.

Emergency Evacuation

All ushers are trained to assist patrons with disabilities during emergency evacuations.

Guest Services

For questions or concerns during a game, please contact the nearest Guest Services Representative (i.e., Usher, Ticket Taker, Security Staff, or Saints representative) for assistance.

Service Animals

Animals are not allowed in Caesars Superdome; however, an exception is made for patrons with guide or service animals. Patrons are responsible for the actions of, and for meeting all needs of, their guide or service animals.

Restrooms

Accessible facilities are provided on all levels throughout Caesars Superdome. Accessible restrooms are also located on the ground level outside the Northeast and Northwest tunnels.

Seating Information

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, appropriate seating is available on a season ticket basis. All seating is based on availability at the time of purchase. Contact your Saints representative for location and availability.

Signage

All amenities (for example, restrooms, elevators, telephones, and water fountains) are marked with clearly visible signage and also include Braille signage.

Ticket Exchanges

Should a season ticket holder require accessible seating for a particular game, accommodations may be made prior to that game subject to availability. The season ticket holder of record must contact the Saints ticket office to arrange for relocation into wheelchair and companion seating. Be advised advance notice is recommended to better service specific requests. Day of game ticket exchanges are based on a first come, first served basis. Wheelchair and Companion Seating

Caesars Superdome provides wheelchair and companion seating with comparable sight lines throughout the bowl. Wheelchair/companion fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining wheelchair/companion seating. The New Orleans Saints reserve the right to take appropriate action up to and including relocation, ejection, or season ticket revocation for wheelchair/ companion ticket fraud.

Wheelchair Dispatch Program

Patrons who are in need of a wheelchair on game day may go to the Gate F Plaza level Guest Relations Office to borrow one for the duration of the game. A driver's license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

DAY OF GAME RELOCATION

Patrons who acquire Caesars Superdome tickets for Saints games via secondary markets (e.g., Ticket Exchange) but who need to be relocated to a designated wheelchair/companion seating area, are required to exchange tickets day of game. Please be advised that such exchanges and relocations are subject to wheelchair/companion seat availability and are accommodated on a first-come/first-serve basis.
