Ingredients

FRITOS ® Corn Chips - 1 bag

Nacho Cheese Sauce - 1 cup. 

Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1 cup. 

Crumbled Cotija Cheese - 1 Tbsp. 

Roasted Corn Kernels - 1 cup.

Sliced Jalapenos - 5-6 slices each 

Chopped Cilantro - 2 tsp.

Mexican Crema - 1 Tbsp. 

Mexican Chili and Lime Seasoning - 1 tsp. 

How to Make

  1. Heat up nacho cheese sauce until warm.
  2. Place Fritos ® Corn Chips onto tray.
  3. Top Fritos® Corn Chips with warm nacho cheese sauce, parmesan cheese, cotija cheese, corn kernels, jalapenos and cilantro.
  4. Drizzle Mexican crema and shake Mexican chili and Lime seasoning on top of all ingredients.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
