DEVIN NEAL 2025 SEASON ANALYSIS
Devin Neal's rookie season with the New Orleans Saints showed flashes of promise and versatility, though it was cut short by injury. In 10 games, Neal carried the ball 57 times for 206 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns, averaging 3.6 yards per carry. He also proved to be a receiving threat out of the backfield, hauling in 17 receptions for 104 yards, giving his offense a dual-threat option on early downs and in short-yardage situations. On special teams, Neal added value with 7 kick returns for 152 yards, showcasing his ability to contribute in multiple phases of the game. His production hinted at a growing role prior to being placed on injured reserve late in the season.
BEST GAME OF DEVIN NEAL'S 2025 SEASON
Neal's most impactful performance came in Week 12 against the Atlanta Falcons, where he played a key role in the Saints' rushing attack. Neal chipped in with rushing and receiving yardage, consistently picking up tough yards and moving the chains, even as the Saints' offense struggled overall. His physical running style and ability to find yards after contact stood out as signs of his potential as a three-down back.
