Lost and Found
Lost and Found items may be turned in at any Guest Services Desk on any level or may be brought to the Guest Relations Center across from Section 149. After the event has concluded, patrons may call Security Control at (504) 587-3900 for more information.
Parents looking for lost children should go to the nearest Guest Services Booth, Police Officer, or Security Officer for assistance in finding their child. All lost children will be brought to Security Control near Gate A Ground.
The New Orleans Saints will replace lost or stolen tickets under most circumstances at a minimal fee. For any lost or stolen tickets, ticket holders must present a letter explaining the circumstances of the theft or loss at the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office. A copy of the official police report must accompany the letter dealing with the stolen ticket. These documents may be presented in person at the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office.
If individuals are found sitting in seats where replacement tickets have been issued, please notify a Security Officer immediately.
